1 functional uses
The KS series gate plan is made according to the national standard GB9359-88 "the gene•ral technical conditions of hydrological instruments↔" and the relevant technical standards.
The instrument automatically by the cable collecting device absolΩute value rotation encoder, or other forms of coupler and other components, is ind≠ependent of the gate opening measuring instrument, suitablσe for rivers, lakes and reservoirs, locks, hydropower★ stations and water supply and drainage engineering of the g ate opening at the same time, this series of measurements; instruments and §with a gate opening close machine electric control device, displΩay connected display and control system; and the computer ≥system connected to form a water level of comprehensive measurement and control s✔ystem of station, gate, hydropower; connection and communication machine, di∑gital terminal equipment as hydrological automatic monitoring system, hydrological tel→emetry system using satellite.
This series of instruments can be used to measure the ≈opening and data transmission of plate brake, arc bra€ke and man gate.
2 working principle
KS series digital gate meter consists of opening sensor, automa<tic cable collection device or other forms of coupler, display, controller, transmission cabl↑e, RS485 digital communication interface and so on. The gate movement through the coupler <to drive the sensor output and can rotate, gate position c£orresponding to the gray code encoding signal.
The resolution of KS series gate opening sensor is 1cm. The working process is as follows: when the gate for vertical movement or rotation, coupler is connected with ga∑te is synchronous movement, then drive the coupler sensor corres₽ponding to the rotation of the spindle, the electrical socket output of the sensor and ₽the rotating position of the gate position encoding₽ signal (gray). For the flat gate, the output signal by hardware or soft$ware for decoding, display and observation; for an arc$ or herringbone gate, by electrical display or computer on the gray automati®c conversion and digital processing output.
