Using 3D-MEMS silicon capacitive pressure sensor, through the difference operation and nonlinear→ correction and temperature compensation of micropr™ocessor, the influence of atmospheric pressure change is eliminated, sαo that the high precision measurement of water level pressure, temperature measu↓rement and storage can be realized.
All stainless steel integrated structure design, 100%≈ waterproof design can be used for a long time underwater, hydraulic sensors, pres≤sure sensors, batteries and circuits sealed in stainless stee↔l shell. 22mm international standard size, which can be installed in deep well and other ap≤plication sites, is used for long-term monitoring of groundwater, rivers, la∑kes and reservoirs, and comprehensive utilization of geological dis♥asters.
