2 applicable fields
IF-05 type digital weir head measuring sensor is the use of ¶standard type flow measuring building Parshall flume and "V" type groove, other weir trough αand its stable water level, flow to calculate the flow water level measurement instrφument. Can be measured using the flow and supporting the cσonstruction of various types, measurement of dam seepage f•low for water conservancy and environmental monitoring, real-time measurement, etc. the sewage mete±ring hydrological survey flow.
The output data of water level sensor is directly transmitted to ✘PC computer, and the water level, flow parameters are calcu lated, displayed and recorded by computer. On a shielded twisted pair≈ line, 32 water level sensors with built-in RS485 output function can be connected at the sameΩ time, and the computer group measurement and computer processing can be realize•d.
This instrument has high sensitivity and resolutio$n (level measurement resolution of 0.5mm or higher), and stable and‍ reliable performance, no temperature drift, overco‌mes the shortcoming and insufficient input type water level sensor and ultraso₩nic flow meter poor reliability.
3 structure and working principle
IF-05 digital water level sensor consists of photoelectric switch, rotary encod↓er, measuring wheel, float, measuring cable, balance h¥ammer, hydrostatic well, shield and so on. The encodγer is the whole volume of ultra low torque switch photoelectric rotary en™coder, encoding part of the encoder is stainless steel, code element is the imported high qua♥lity photoelectric switch, wheel suspension measuring cab₽le, float and counterweight measured on a rotating shaft. The floa≈t, the cable and the balance hammer are all made of stainless steel and corro₽sion resistant plastics, which have good mechanical properties and environmental adaptabili♥ty. The hydrostatic well of the sensor is a stainless steel fine log♣ with a diameter of 100mm- 120mm. It is easy to install and can work in ∏a polluted and corrosive waterway for a long time.
The rotary encoder is installed at the upper end of the static wellα, and the static well is installed in the flow measuring weir slot. ≈When the water level changes in the weir tank, the float can be well measuring cable driven hλydrostatic drive wheel measuring photoelectric switch and rotary encoder 9-15bit rotation, gr←ay code encoding data output and the corresponding water level. The measuring rφange of water level sensor is 0-250mm, 0-500mm, 0-1000mm, 0-2000mm aβnd so on. It can be used with each type of flume to realize t©he monitoring of different flow.
The water level sensor of the open channel flowmeter and the staticε water well can also be installed on the bank and connected with the mβeasuring flume.
